Computer-based machinery prepared to run pressure tests on up to 6 composite hoses (rubber and metal fittings for automotive-oriented power steering and air conditioning systems) under heat and up to the burst.

Four wheel-based bearing steel structure for easy moving. Inside the built-in heating room, aboard the test-fame, self-bleeding terminal fittings for the hoses.

The burst test is PC-assisted. The software by the closed-loop regulation of the hydraulic pressure performs the trend programmed by the technologist basing on the final customer's specifications.

Up to 100 programs can be stored to be easy selected by operator.

Test sheet produced with trend, data and result.

Versions for tests up to 800 bar 150°C room.
