Integrated control system for melt gear pump with slaving of the feeding extruder. Based on MRS.V Real-Time regulator, it performs very attractive and complete monitoring by MC 710 14" Videographic Panel, as well as complete control activity and interlocks setting by ITO.LOC 700 Control Panel.

A complete set of temperature and pressure sensors with their signal conditioner and special cables is also std-supplied.

Internal terminal block as well as (on request) multi-wire wall-connector is used to interface the system with the main control panel of the plant wich will include -separately supplied- gear pump heating, moving and cotrolling power actuators.
