Improvement of quality & quantity production by inserting our flow-divider at the extruder end which feeds 4 melt gear pumps.

Each pump performs volumed-extrusion to its independent die to manage 4 different extruded profiles.

All of the needed mechanics (screenchanger, adapting mainfolds, pumps) and moving parts (motors, reduction boxes, transmission and bearing structure) are included.

Integrated control system based on 4 ITMP8 monitoring-panel units fitted into remote mobile console allows to drive any single group separately as well as to link working of the pumps by a master control.

Junction box aboard extruder allows easy plug-in fitting of sensors from the field, as well as the power connection of the motors and heating/cooling external units. The interchange of data with remote power cabinet is obtained by ProfiBUS-line linking.

Availability of sinergy with the host PC of the main extruder control to perform start-up ramp automation, data acquisition, supervision etc.
